Important Pickup Information! Please Read Before Picking up!

PLEASE WAIT FOR CONFIRMATION EMAIL before coming down to pick up your order! If you have not received an email in 30 minutes, please call us at 250-818-8368, which we will then arrange a pick up time with you. Please proceed to 355 Cook St and pick up your order inside the dining room at the arranged time.
If you chose delivery, a Village X vehicle will arrive with your meal in the arranged time frame.
MEAL DROP + ESSENTIALS – Information
If you have ordered between 9am-5pm, a VILLAGE person will be in touch with you shortly to arrange pick-up or delivery, day and time. We appreciate your patience as we may be serving in house guests. If you have ordered outside of 9am-5pm, a VILLAGE person will be in touch with you within 24 hours to arrange drive thru or delivery, day and time.
We have two methods of getting your Meal Drops and Essentials to you, contactless pick up, and delivery.
A Village X delivery vehicle will be sent out and will deliver to you in delivery time that was arranged VIA email. Please leave a box outside for us to place your meal in. If you live in a condo or apartment, expect a phone call when we are a few minutes out from delivery, so you know when to expect us.
Contactless Curbside Pick-up
At your arranged pick-up time, please proceed to 355 Cook St, pull into the parking lot at the rear of the building off Oscar St. When you have arrived, there will be clear signage with the phone number for you to text or call. Please provide your Full Name, and description of your vehicle. We ask that you lift your trunk and please stay in your car. Please do your best to stick to the drive-thru time that you were assigned so we can have your order ready for you!
